My physical therapist went overboard yesterday, so Maeg had to help me move. He trew his back out doing so 
Well.. yeah. That's pretty much how it went. Physio usually leaves me worse than before

April 22nd, one year ago today my mom saw her doctor for not feeling well. He told her it was menopause and her medication. 8 days later she was dead 💔
